What you will learn with us
- Become an expert in the world of digitization and Industry 4.0! With us, you will gain full insight into the latest software technologies.
- Your training will focus on using software development tools, developing application-oriented user interfaces and configuring, managing and analyzing software solutions. You will learn the programming languages Java, C#, C/C++ and Linux/Unix system environments and agile tools.
- You will be able to take on responsibility early on and play an active role in the development of customer-specific software solutions. We will introduce you to the planning, implementation and control of software projects.
- With us, you will learn how to develop software quickly and efficiently using artificial intelligence, among other things.
- You will also gain an insight into conceptual work such as business process analysis, database design and object-oriented design.

What you bring with you
- You successfully complete school with a high school diploma or university entrance qualification with good grades in STEM subjects.
- You are motivated by a high affinity for information technology and enthusiasm for software technology. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of hardware, software and programming.
- You enjoy learning new things, have a high level of commitment and a quick grasp of things and enjoy working independently and in a goal-oriented manner.
- The ability to work in a team and good communication skills in German and English are a matter of course for you.We are also happy to give university drop-outs from STEM courses a chance.
