ago, Software Factory's history began as a spin-off of the iwb institute (Institute for Machine Tools and Industrial Management) of the Technical University of Munich (TUM). Back then, no one could have guessed the importance of software in our present personal and professional lives.

The long trip was well worth it! In early October 2022, the largest PTC User conference “Back Together Again” hit Orlando live (right after hurricane Ian) – and the Software Factory experts were there. In order to grow steadily as a company, Software Factory has been training young professionals in a variety of professions for many years. In 2022, two departments were happy to welcome new trainees.
